About Elizabeth

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from the deserts of the Southwest, now settled in the cozy town of Missoula, MT.

Over my years as a therapist, I have experience working with adolescents and adults to address issues related to trauma, depression, crisis stabilization, relationships and the occasional rut we can fall into.

I utilize attachment, trauma informed, anti-oppressive and strengths based frameworks to support my clients throughout our work together.

Prior to my practice as a therapist, I worked for ten years as a “boots on the ground” social worker with individuals who have experienced intimate partner violence, sexual harm and instability. During this time I’ve been honored to bear witness to the resiliency of individuals as they create purposeful existences and experience profound empowerment.

When I am not seeing clients I am bopping around outside, reading fantasy books, spending time with my community or watching Bravo.
